Cancellation Policies

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all clients and allow us to offer spots to those on the waitlist, we’ve outlined the following cancellation guidelines for In-Person Classes:

In-Person Classes

Early Cancellation (24+ hours before class start time)

• Eligible for a full refund minus any applicable processing fees or

• May choose to receive a class credit for future use

• Credits must be used within the designated validity period

Late Cancellation (within 24 hours of class start time)

• No refund or class credit will be issued

• The class will be considered used

No-Show Policy

• Clients who do not attend a booked class without canceling in advance will forfeit the class session

• No refund or credit will be provided

Unlimited Membership Holders
Our unlimited memberships are designed to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness to all participants.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a temporary suspension of advance booking privileges

• Continued abuse of the policy may lead to further membership review​​
