Service Description
Jacqueline will be leading you through a class with a mix of strength work, balance exercises and gentle movement, inspired by barre and functional fitness. It would include the use of resistance bands and yoga blocks, with a focus on improving strength, stability and overall confidence in movement. The class can be great addition to your regular Yoga practice or as a stand alone class, to improve movement, strength and balance, especially as we age. These classes are about more than just exercise they’re an opportunity to reconnect with your body, build confidence, and rediscover the joy of movement at any stage of life. During the sessions, you can expect a warm and supportive environment where you’re encouraged to move at your own pace and leave feeling stronger, more energised, and uplifted. The class is available to everyone no matter what age or ability and beginners or those returning to exercise are welcomed.
