Picture this......The summer holidays are over, the children are back at school, and after weeks of caring for everyone else, this is your invitation to take some time for you.
Join us for a nourishing session designed to help you pause, reset and refill your cup.
Enjoy a gentle yoga practice and guided relaxation with Angela from Cloud 9 Yoga, a relaxing skincare experience with Megan from Tropic Skincare, sharing simple rituals to help your skin feel healthy, radiant and glowing.
We’ll also be treated to delicious matcha and cookies from Cooki, creating the perfect opportunity to slow down, connect and indulge in a little self-care.
