Picture this......The summer holidays are over, the children are back at school, and after weeks of caring for everyone else, this is your invitation to take some time for you.
Join Angela and Megan for a nourishing session designed to help you pause, reset and refill your cup.
Begin with a gentle yoga practice and guided relaxation with Angela, followed by a relaxing Tropic skincare experience with Megan, with simple rituals to leave your skin feeling healthy, refreshed and glowing.
You’ll also enjoy matcha and delicious cookies from Cooki, with plenty of time to relax, connect and enjoy a little well-deserved self-care.
